The terms of this contract between the parties goes into effect upon the receipt of a verbal confirmation (via telephone or in person) or a written confirmation.

Travel Management duties of the tourist guide (§ 126 para 4 GewO), especially in the case of transfers are to be considered as part of guided tours.
If a written cancellation is received by the tour guide14 days or more prior to the designated start of the tour, no cancellation fee applies. For cancellations occurring between 3 and 14 days prior to the designated start of the tour, 50 % (fifty per cent) of the contractual sum will be charged. For cancellations occurring 3 days and less (72 hours) prior to designated start of tour, as well as “no shows” (complete failure to cancel and/or appear). Cancellation fees are payable separately for each canceled tour.
Waiting times – Should the customer be delayed; the tourist guide is legally obligated to wait at the designated meeting point for a full 30 minutes from the stipulated starting time of the tour. Should the tour guide be delayed, the customer is legally obligated to wait a full 15 minutes for the tourist guide. Only the period of waiting time that the tourist guide experienced will be added to the duration of the tour.
Hinderance. –In the event that the guide is unable to fulfill the contract to due unforseen illness, traffic, or an accident, he or she is obligated to find an equivalent replacement. Time and circumstances permitting, the client should be informed immediately.
Payment in cash or by credit card is due upon the end of the tour. Payments by bank transfers right receiving the invoice without deductions. Bank fees for payment transfers of up to € 13 may apply. Cash or credit card deposits are required to guarantee tour reservations especially in the case of private tours. Customized or specially-scheduled requested tours will be charged separately. The default interest rate charged on overdue accounts is 1% per month (12% pa).
If the tour was imparted by a travel agency/operator, the guide is forbidden to book future tours directly with these clients. Unless otherwise stipulated, the guide is permitted to offer the client additional tours if the travel agency/operator has planned no other program for the client and no conflict of interest results.
Audio and video recordings during the tours are strictly prohibited.
All tours subject to copyright and other laws pertaining to the protection of intellectual property.
Participants agree to accept all risks and tour guides cannot be held liable for any physical or property damages incurred by clients during tours.
